experience has been a total disaster
My sons experience has been a total disaster..his car got stolen and burned a month later he still waiting they told him if he has a rental take it back even tho he paid for rental coverage ..there doing nothing except giving him the run around took 5 days for anyone to contact him after it happened ..he lost his job because of there uncooperation ..DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM WHAT SO EVER ..IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH ..

We have had several expensive claims and Healthy Paws has been great. Claims are reviewed quickly, the representatives are helpful and courtesy. The reimbursement checks are sent out within one week. I have had other pet insurance, none of them compare to Healthy Paws, I will stay with them forever.

I found it very easy to sign up for my pet's insurance. I haven't made a claim yet, so I can't review its process. However, I was pleased with the affordable rates, offers, flexibility and perks that come with my four-legged-love's account and insurance. I am also pleased with the welcome calls and emails, the constant communication is wonderful..
