We have used Healthy Paws for two dogs for 10 years now. Gradual increases are expected on our rate but we went from $250 a month to $1,000 per month. This is unethical and bad faith business practices.

MetLife pet insurance has been great. Customer service has been great. The couple of times I have called they were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Submitting claims is simple and does not take long. The turn around for review and payout is not too long.
