Disappointed
Well. Knowing what happened to our dog was a pure accident, even if her other eye had a non-accidental problem one year ago, your decision is disappointing for us. Knowing also all the good things we tell about you to people and knowing thta we will pay 720 dollars per year for probably the next 10 years.
