Great Service
I’m an LVT and have had to help clients get their pets’ records to their respective pet insurance companies. The difficulty some clients have getting claims submitted is astounding. Figo is by far the easiest pet insurance company to work with. I can submit a claim through the app which makes it super convenient. I love having the documents at my finger tips so I can check my policy anytime I need.

not worth it
I think insurance will only be helpful if you have a $10k bill. After adding up the premium, copay, and deductible it’s just not worth it. It also takes a very long time to get reimbursed. I’ve received a “sorry for the delay” email for every single claim since 2017. They must be chronically understaffed. All in all not worth the price.

Get it - it is worth it!
I am so happy we have Healthy Paws. We have learned as new pet parents that vet visits and emergency situations are extremely costly. Luna is our first dog, she is 1yr &10 months old. She is like our little girl. A few weeks ago she was not feeling well. She had ingested an object and an emergency surgery was imminent. She ended up getting an endoscopy and has recovered amazingly well! I was impressed by the support, follow up, and reimbursement from Healthy Paws. We got Healthy Paws as soon as we got Luna and it was a great decision.
