Bad experience
It was not stated that the initial payment was nearly double the quoted monthly amount very deceptive. This is a replacement for a policy that’s in force and I was not given the option as to when to start so I’m being double billed

I’m very grateful for the support and service I received from my pet health insurance. They were quick, fair, and efficient with every claim I submitted, and the reimbursement process was always smooth. When my cat became seriously ill, they handled everything with compassion and understanding. They even covered the cost of euthanasia when it became the only humane option.
