When my Sphynx little girl Amelia goes for her annual heart scan for HCM it’s always a bit stressful. I love her so much and never want to see her suffer. So glad I found Healthy Paws!
My little Frenchie recently had to undergo neck surgery to fix a disk that was pinching his spinal cord. I'm insured through Healthy Paws and I couldn't be happier with them. They were kind enough to reach out and ask how Momo (my Frenchie) was doing and I'm going to post my response below "Thanks for reaching out! It's been a tough road but he seems to be showing good improvement and gets his stitches out tomorrow. I feel so bad for the little guy. Also, I'm very thankful for your company and the service you provide! Claims are so easy to make and approval is swift without jumping through hoops. The Best Dog Insurance EVER
My Dog, Zoey, recently contracted Bone Cancer.... probably the most dreadful thing that a pet owner could ever face.... mental, emotionally, and monetarily.... I thank God I have the foresight to invest in pet insurance.... and Trupanion is the best!!!!..... just for my Zoey they paid for 2 ACL operations, various ailments and Bone Cancer.... Amputation and Chemotherapy.... they are a blessing and probably the reason that I am not struggling to keep my beloved dog alive!!!!.... They are a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for....24/7 HUMAN interaction, an easy claim app, and they pay the Animal Hospital directly..... and No Limit on claims..... I HIGHLY recommend Trupanion.... My friends and Family have also gotten policies from Trupanion,,,,

Exceptional service-great experience!
I have been using this pet insurance on two dogs for several years. There are other companies providing pet insurance that may be cheaper or have different benefits, but I have had such great service that I would not change. Submitting claims on the website is easy, every time I have had to contact customer service, the people are helpful and kind. Even when my 1-year-old dog died unexpectedly and I had to call to cancel, the representative was amazing. I also received a sympathy card in the mail--no one takes the time to do those things anymore. I think that customer service is just as important as the price and services offered. I am sure there are other options with less services/costs, but I think I made the best choice.
