This time i did not get the advice in choosing which plan/deductable.

This time i did not get the advice in choosing which plan/deductable. Last time when i phoned and took insurance for 3 of my dogs , the person on the phone was very helpful in explaining why for puppies, why for this kind if dog . The person on the phone this time was not interested in giving any explanation nor recommendation . So i just bought the insurance and probably phone you again when i have time.
