Hope for the Best! Seems good so far.
When it comes to insurance we as customers pay monthly for a service that gives us the illusion of peace of mind. We expect that they will take care of us but sometimes that doesn't happen when we file a claim. I have been with them 2+ years now and I hope it gets resolved. They seem to want every record and visit anywhere he's gone despite me having these document on the Figo portal. I just hope it's resolved soon. I have insurance for the"in case" I take very good care of my pets and they are up to date on everything. All I can do is give them a shot and if it doesn't work there are other games in town..

I filed a claim weeks ago and still haven’t heard back from your agents. I have had to call 3 times now since my accident and still haven’t received a call back. This is quite disappointing considering I paid for insurance and have done my part and still haven’t heard back from your team
