Outstanding service. The day after the euthanasia of my wonderful 17 year old cat, I realized that our vet had discontinued their service of automatically sending my invoices to Trupanion for the past 2 years. In my distressed call to Trupanion, Taylor handled my emotional situation in a very profession manner insuring me that I could file the claims myself. It was a stressful project but was totally completed within three weeks.
