Easy processing
The process was easy and questions were direct. I wasn't sure of the breed of my cat and had to go online to figure out what breed she was. Some picture examples with the types of breed may be more helpful, maybe not.

Taking too long for reimbursement of claim. That last two claims were for the same virus that took more antibiotics to cure.

Trupanion my best decision after getting a puppy.
Trupanion makes submitting invoices from my vet easy. They reply quickly and payment is received promptly. One of the best things I did when my dog was just a small puppy was to sign up for Trupanion. She has severe allergies and is on medication. Trupanion pays for most of her medication bills.
