Open Your Own Savings Account. Avoid These Crooks.
They will find the flimsiest reasons to deny a claim. And when I moved from Ohio to Colorado, they doubled my premium. At this cost and their crap coverage, it's more reasonable to have a savings account for vet expenses. At least this way, I'M earning the interest, as opposed to these crooks taking my money and not covering what I paid for.

Pets Best is a good health insurance…
Pets Best is a good health insurance but like most insurance you have to structure what you can pay for. I have 3 pets and have 70% reimbursement. The insurance paid for wellness exams, vaccines, etc. Some back on accidents, but what depends on how much you claim for reimbursement.

I have 7 pets with PetsBest
I have 7 pets with PetsBest - I’ve always been very satisfied . Recently I had an issue with a claim that was processed incorrectly due to PetsBest error - my complaint is that even after recognizing the error, they did not expedite the processing- I feel I was entitled to that . I will continue with them because every other claim has been handled very well - I am hoping this was a one time issue.

Overall very happy with Figo
Overall very happy with Figo! I wish the monthly premiums didn’t randomly increase from year to year, and that medical grooms were covered without needing to get more and more documentation from the vet, but other than that, I am happy with my experience.

Wonderful and Easy
ASPCA was recommended to me by a friend who is a dog trainer. She has it for all of her animals, so I figured it was great and she was definitely right. We got it when our dog was only a few months old after he swallowed something he shouldn’t have. It has been so worth it, as he is only two, but has had several issues and ASPCA has been wonderful each time we filed a claim. We liked it so much in fact, we got it for our two cats as well. Our vet files claims for us and then everything is automatically done. Couldn’t be easier.

I have had only good experiences with ASPCA insurance. It’s the same as human health insurance. You pay your premiums but hardly ever use it if you are healthy. Same with a pet. I’m glad I have it as my pup is only two and has been diagnosed with very early hip dysplasia. I am sure that it will get more costly as he gets older. Once I satisfied the deductible they pay 80%. There are different levels that you can purchase. Between wellness appointments, vaccines and recently with the hip dysplasia and allergies I have almost recouped all of the premiums I have paid in. They are pretty quick with paying claims also and it is deposited directly into my checking account instead of waiting for a check.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible, please don't give them your money. You are better off starting a savings account for emergency pet costs... I signed up 2-3 months ago. Provided all medical history.... well, when I submitted claims for my pup the fun has began... one claim was for a fractured tooth, another one for an emergency vet visit due to allergic reaction. Again, I submitted all records and notes provided by all vet but... that was not enough. They just kept sending me messages requesting more records... which simply didn't exist. So, I found myself in the endless loop of trying to figure out WHAT ELSE CAN I POSSIBLY PROVIDE?!!! I finally gave up (which I guess exactly what this company was trying to do). I ended up canceling my policies. Basically, the way this "insurance" works is you pay and have a piece of mind that you have coverage until you actually need to use it. Then, they will send you on the endless loop of bureaucracy until you give up. I probably could have continued to fight and escalate but life is too short and I don't need this scam company and the negativity the brought my way. Please don't give them your money, they don't give a crap about your pets. Just another greedy fat corporation... ____ Update: Thank you Embrace for your useless canned response! 🤣
