I have been reading some of these positive reviews, sounds like people who work there are writing reviews to bump up the company stars on here. Buyer beware!! I was with this company for over a year, I researched ALL the pet insurance companies, I have been burned in the past. Well sure enough when my dog passed and I tried to submit claims, i was denied. Asking for 18 months of history, but I was told I didnt need that when I signed up. Never again, I am saving that monthly fee in a savings account for my pet, I will use that then get burned again. You obviuosly did not comprehend what my complaint was about before you answered with your "stock" answer.

I pay good money for pet insurance and the first time i file a claim for an illness, I am put thru the ringer to get full vet records with notes for every vet shehas ever seen. It's a case of diarrhea and I need to go backamd chase tecords for 5 years! Really#!!

Quick review time
The review time for my claim was approximately 2 weeks. The EOB was clear. I am awaiting my payment, there are also instructions should the direct deposit not arrive and a time frame to expect it. I always appreciate someone/business being proactive.

Sales person not truthful with me
I feel the sales person wasn't forthright when selling me the plan. I am now being denied claims for no reason despite having the proper documentation. When i call they say the person I need to speak with is perpetually out of the office. Until someone can actually help me, this review will stand

I recently brought a new puppy into my life.
I recently brought a new puppy into my life. He is the light of my life. I am a 75 y.o. Widow that adores him. I got Pet’s Best Insurance so that whatever comes up, I am able to take care of it. I have submitted 4 claims for him for everything from routine visits to antibiotics for a gastrointestinal issue. Pets Best has promptly and fairly paid for his treatment and needs. I am thrilled to know I chose a reputable company that stands behind their service.

This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM. They do not cover ANYTHING. Vaccines, check-ups, ANY diagnostic testing, treatments, or medicine. What does that even leave to be covered? Before denying your claim, they will make you jump through dozens of hoops & submit a mountain of medical records knowing full-well from the moment they receive the receipt that it will not be covered. I will NEVER be purchasing ANY kind of insurance through Nationwide because they're clearly a disgusting company just trying to rob people blind.

Excellent Service!
I have been an ASCPA insurance customer for two years. My cat, Zeno, had a persistent medical issue that required several trips to the vet, multiple blood tests, and several evaluations. ASPCA was quick to process my claim, and all eligible expenses were covered exactly as my policy stated. It was the smoothest insurance process I have ever been through. I am thoroughly pleased and am a customer for life now!
