Taylor was kind, understanding, and helpful. My dog is sick and I was trying sort out some appeals and file new ones. Taylor was patient. She answered my questions and helped me with next steps. She even waited on the line while I took a call from my dogâs veterinarian. Iâve had a rough few days with my dog being sick. Working with Taylor at Trupanion was easy and I felt like she genuinely cared about what my dog and I were going through. Everyone I have spoken to at Trupanion has been wonderful.
My dog has had a lot of medical issues this year. This week alone his medical bills were over $10,000. If I didnât have Trupanion I truly donât know what I would have done. Dealing with my dog being sick is awful, but knowing I can afford his treatment, is such a weight off my shoulders. I tell everyone I know with dogs to get Trupanion!!

The representative Kayla was super informative attentive and the best rep I have ever spoken with .
The representative Kayla was super informative, attentive , and the best rep I have ever spoken with . All agents so far were good but she went above and beyond . I was so worried my dog was in need of immediate care and wasnât sure where to go and what I needed . Kayla calmy helped me understand what my policy entailed , quickly emailed a list of options of vets / hospitals, she then walked me through what questions to ask to ensure I was well aware of my options once at a location. When a place called me back , Kayla called me back to make sure everything went well and the ensure I felt comfortable. It all went so smoothly because I knew exactly what to ask and what my dogs rights were . Thank you Kayla and Trupanion for being there when we needed you ! Also , direct pay software is the best ! I wish every vet used it !!
