I really don't have much to go on about…
I really don't have much to go on about insurance. 1st time buyer. Brought my dog to the vet for a routine check up and she told me that she was closing shop in a month and I would have to take my pets to another vet. She is retiring after 35 years. I have not been to other vets in a long time and I am not ready for sticker shock of new vet bills. I thought of trying pet insurance and if it does not work for me I can always cancel it. Let's see where this goes.

Moving from Saskatchewan to Alberta was an absolute shock how much higher the insurance rates were! Not only was Sonnet able to give me the lowest rate, but also I was able to get a quote online within minutes instead of making an appointment and spending over and hour in an office waiting for a credit check. Best insurance policy for pets
They're customer service is the absolute BEST!! Their response time is very good. Claims (and refunds) may take a bit as it all depends on the number of claims they have to process but they Always will keep one in the loop. Make sure you send in all the information they require. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I can't stay enough good things about this company, I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you are on the fence about getting pet insurance, if you think you might not need it or you don't want to spend the small amount each month stop right there because the minute you need it you will be so thankful for Trupanion. We never think our little bundles of joys will get sick but a sudden and unexpected health issue had me so grateful for Trupanion. They have helped tremendously to ease the financial burden that comes along with illness and tests and treatment. I could not be happier with the company and highly recommend this insurance to anyone who has a pet. I promise, you will not be sorry if you find yourself in the position where you need it.

Easy to understand, transparent pricing, quick claims processing
I wasn't sure what I needed for my new husky pup, but Pumpkin made it easy to understand what would be covered. They also seemed to offer more than others at a transparent price. I even used the add on for annual wellness right away and it processed within a day. I'm glad I went with an easy to use provider that seems worth the cost.
