We were told several months ago that they were going out of business to deal with an insurance called Odie. Needless to say we called ,texted this Odie and didn't get any response. Then after 3 years of payment to many pets we had NO insurance. AND our maltese gets glaucoma in the meantime... so we went to LEMONADE but they won't pay cause it's preexisting...sucks

Literally life changing for my pup
Healthy Paws has been amazing. The speed with which I am reimbursed is excellent—sometimes as quick as just a couple of hours. My pup has ended up having some chronic issues and Healthy Paws has made all the difference in getting him the treatment he needs to live an active, healthy and happy life. Claims never paid
I have been paying monthly for pet insurance since 12/25 and was told my claims would be addressed and considered promptly. I have submitted ALL vet bills and ALL vet information requested. I have not gotten back any amount of money on submitted claims, but said they "needed more information". (stalling tactic). It is now June and they continue to charge my account $74.55 every month.

I just cannot believe it. They hardly pay nothing.
I just cannot believe it. The amount they paid on my claim. I can see paying the deductible but the extra 10% what for. Iam already paying a monthly fee. Then the deductible is for just that problem it should be for the whole year. I really believe I made a mistake by signing up because I end up paying for 95% percent of the bill. I feel as though the insurance is not has good has people think. I am seriously thinking about canceling. At this point iam paying you a 143 dollars a month for you only to pay 93 dollars on a bill of 949.
