Healthy Paws for peace of mind
Healthy Paws pet insurance has been a godsend. Our puppy recently had emergency surgery and was in the hospital for several nights. When all was said and done, the bill was over $4000. Healthy Paws paid 80% of her bill and our reimbursement was deposited into our account within 7 business days. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their customer service is amazing and they have followed up several times to see how our puppy is doing. If you’re considering pet insurance, Healthy Paws is the way to go.

I've had a great experience with Pumpkin, as well as the Peace of Mind that my Miip is protected. Her yearly labs are covered so I'm up to date on the things I need to know. I lost my 15 year old because of things I did not know.

Best Pet Insurer in the market
We have had Healthy Paws for a couple of years for our 5 year old French Bulldog. He has had some minor issues from time to time and it has been easy and convenient to submit claims. Recently he had some breathing issues and he had to go to ER. It was found he had some internal issues and would need surgery or he could potential die from lack of oxygen. We scheduled the surgery and then submitted the invoice and details to Healthy Paws. After a quick review they reimbursed us for the covered portion of the procedure. This saved us thousands of dollars and allowed us to keep our beloved family member safe and healthy for a long time to come. I cannot more highly recommended a pet insurance for your family pet.

Compassionate / Peace of Mind
Our Maincoone was diagnosed with cancer. She was tested, hospitalized in intensive care oncology, treated and in the end passed away because she was too sick. Embrace paid her bills per our policy almost daily as I submitted the bills making it possible for us to continue to try to save our cat. If I could say 1 word about Embrace it would be COMPASSIONATE! They were there with us every day financially and supporting us as we did all we could to save Pepper. We have 2 other cats covered and the peace of mind is immeasurable! Thankful they are in our pet care corner.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. I gave Embrace a chance because on paper they seem great; low monthly payments, coverage for emergency and up to 90% reimbursement. However this was not my experience. When my cat first came home from the shelter, she had an upper respiratory infection which I had to pay out of pocket understandably to treat. 7 months later she had another one totally unrelated to the first and after I spoke with someone regarding my concern they assured me I would be covered. $1500 later, Embrace refuses to reimburse me a dollar because they claim her upper respiratory infection as a preexisting condition. I was concerned getting an older cat because I had a feeling insurance companies would be jerking me around like this, but I gave Embrace a chance only to be let down.
