They were very helpful over the phone
They were very helpful over the phone. But when I try doing it online I just get lost and takes me awhile to figure it out. Once it's done then it goes smoothly. It's probably just me but I will keep trying. Not sure of the dates idid them.

Why I Chose Pumpkin
I did a lot of research, and chose Pumpkin for my pet insurance needs. I was able to customize my plan, and I like that 90% of service fees are paid for a covered claim. I also like the preventive coverage, which has already proven to be helpful. I do wish they had an app, but it is easy enough to just take a picture of the invoice and upload. Payment is very quick. I am very happy with my Pumpkin experience thus far.

Trupanion is terrific
Trupanion is terrific. I changed carriers a number of years ago and they have not disappointed. They are through and claim processing is spot on and onTime. I highly recommend them.

Finnegan The Golden
Finnegan has been covered by Embrace for over 12 months...and (possibly) as with any puppy, has had some claims...including ear infections/hot spots/and a bout with pneumonia. While somewhat common(?), he has kept the vet busy...and embrace has reviewed and processed the claims promptly and completely. I would recommend the insurance based on our experience.

Have only filed one claim so will be…
Have only filed one claim so will be more informative after further claims are made. However, this claim was as expected, with my deductible and co-pay amt for my plan I knew that my reimbursement would be minimal as my total bill was just over $300, so I guess we'll see, if additional claims need to be made. The biggest aggravation with making this claim is that I had to fax the info as the photo I took of the receipt apparently wasn't readable to you? Sure looked readable to me, so required extra time and effort on my part to have to fax it. I hope that will not be a continued problem.
