Well pleased
My previous insurance sent me my renewal in the mail. There was only one sheet of paper in the envelope and yet at the bottom of the sheet it said 'page 1 of 4.' Where were the other 3 pages? I called the company and apparently the other 3 pages was where they told me they were increasing my premiums by 20%. How convenient they forgot to include that in the letter! I guess they were hoping I wouldn't notice. I have been driving and continually insured for over 10 years and I have never had a ticket. Ever. I have never made a claim either. Not ever. I cancelled immediately and went online and found Sonnet right away. Literally within about 7 minutes I had a years worth of insurance at about 45% less than what my previous company wanted me to pay. Almost half! And in less then 10 minutes! I am well pleased. I am an extremely safe driver and I believe people like me should be treated accordingly. Thank you Sonnet

I was given a quote after filling out…
I was given a quote after filling out the online application fully, and a day later they raised the rates claiming it was not filled out fully and I intentionally left out details. So I cancelled immediately and went to TD who's online quote was exactly what I'm paying.

When deciding to enroll in pet insurance, I was once told that I have insurance for my home, my car, myself, so why wouldn't I have it for my pet? My 90 Ib lab had a TTA ACL surgery a month ago. Healthy paws was able to answer all questions prior to the surgery so that I could solely focus on my recovering dog. When the claim took a bit longer, they followed up and communicated of such information. Healthy Paws has continued to ask about the recovery of my dog, and this truly shows how much they care about their clients. 10/10 would recommend insuring your pet through Healthy Paws.
