I made my first claim and it was accepted and paid within 3 weeks. Process was so easy. I uploaded the receipt from my vet and waited. The money was deposited into the account that I had linked.

Highly Recommended!
Admittedly, Pets Best Pet Health Insurance is the only pet insurance we have ever had for our pets, but I can't think of anything I would want to change about it, so I have no incentive to change companies. Senior adoption
We adopted an older pug 3 years ago and insured him with Pets Best. As time has passed he has had numerous medical issues. Have subsequently insured 2 more dogs, claims process is easy and statement of benefits always easy to understand. Very happy, been the best decision I have ever made.

Trupanion must be the leader in conning pet owners out of their money. This terrible company pays nothing! Ever! Unless you pay a ridiculously large monthly premium you are SOL! I’ve had them for almost 10 years and all they do is raise their monthly rates and deny my claims. I actually think they are a scam and I plan to alert my state attorney to investigate if they ever pay. Trupanion is crap. Stay away

I want to thank healthypaws for the Outstanding service and loyalty to our dog, Blue. Albeit he is only 3 years old, he has had some health issues that have popped up and this insurance company has been a Blessing beyond! They are extremely easy to work with and pay very quickly with little hassle. Their communication is excellent, their service is excellent and I highly recommend Health Paws Pet Insurance. I have used others in the past and after using this company I am a forever client.

I have this insurance for quite some…
I have this insurance for quite some time now and I am very happy with it. I don’t have any problem submitting claims and getting reimbursement. And I even get a discount on premium if I didn’t have any claims filed. One of my cats has diabetes and the insulin pen is expensive and having this insurance has helped a lot to cover the cost of this medication. I have been telling other pet owners and the vets about this insurance. I have 3 cats now (used to be 4 but just loss one that had abdominal mass that was inoperable) and all of them are covered. It’s really worth it knowing that you will be able to get them the treatment they need without worrying about the costs.
