We are about to submit our first claim but know all Williams be fine. Had a chat with a representative prior to taking our pet to a vet and Haley was fantastic!!!

Trupanion denied a claim due to my 7 week old puppy chewing on leaves prior to getting insurance.
Trupanion denied a claim due to my 7 week old puppy chewing on leaves prior to getting insurance. They took comments from 2 vet visits for diarrhea from puppy food sensitivity out of context. I would not recommend Trupanion.
