Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. Took 4x the amount of money out of my account and refused to refund me, this was after I had already paid them the initial double payment the first month. Then they started changing everything in my contract so my payment amounts were different each month without my knowledge or consent. The customer service was the worst I've ever received in my life. Each person told me it was happening for a different reason and it still hasn't been refunded. I asked for it to be escalated and none has called or done anything about it. Get a different insurance company that knows what they're doing.

My dog had blood in his urine and so I called the vet for an appointment. He did an exam and X-rays to see if my dog had stones in his bladder. Trupanion was amazing. Quick, efficient service and 90% of the expenses were covered. Amazing Insurance company. I highly recommend them!
