Excellent insurance
We have insured both of our Labs over the past 12 years with Embrace. I researched a number of companies before choosing Embrace and it has been an excellent decision from the start. The claims are covered quickly and reimbursed quickly as well. There have been no issues with coverage which has made the process of treatments for our Labs less stressful. I highly recommend Embrace to anyone considering pet insurance. I tell people it only takes one crisis to make it worth having insurance for your pet. Gives you peace of mind that your pet is covered.

Best pet insurance out there!
They cover pre-existing conditions after a year of no recurrence. They don’t monkey around with the premiums. They are super fast. Pay exactly what they agreed to Pay, and staff seems like family. So glad I chose Embrace over the others.

Absolutely horrible!!!
Absolutely horrible!!!! I answered all questions for my quote correctly plus called for quote confirmation and within minutes of purchasing,I was blind sided with a rate that was triple the price quoted. Not recommend at all!

Easy to file claims and great customer service
Our 7 year old dog Bunkie had IVDD, a herniated disk in his spine, and was paralyzed in his back legs. We took him to the animal hospital and he had emergency spinal surgery which was very expensive. After surgery, it was quick and easy to submit a claim using the Lemonade app. The claim was approved and I received payment within a week which covered 80% of the total bill. Follow up appointments and medications were also covered. Overall, I am very happy to have Lemonade insurance for Bunkie.

Trupanion had been a blessing
I am beyond grateful for having Trupanion. My dog was diagnosed with bladder cancer and they have taken the financial stress off my plate. So easy to submit claims, explanations easy to understand and reimbursement is vey quick once claim approved which is also very quick.

if you want an easy, fast and fair claim experience, choose lemonade!
i have had to submit several claims on my puppy the first few months we have had him and Lemonade has been amazing. some claims processed in seconds and others in a day or two max. Always a fair, quick and friendly resolution. if you need pet insurance, you should really consider Lemonade!
