Great experience with Healthy Paws
When our dog started vomiting and refusing to eat/drink, we knew we needed to get him to the vet, but of course this all happened on a Sunday when our vet was closed. Having Healthy Paws pet insurance gave us the peace of mind that we could take him to the emergency vet hospital and have them perform all the necessary tests without worrying about the bill. The claims process was so easy and we received the reimbursement within a couple of weeks. I would recommend Healthy Paws to all pet parents!

The cheapest insurance I could find for…
The cheapest insurance I could find for my horse. Being a first time horse owner, having insurance for the unexpected is important to me. I love that mortality isn't a requisite for colic and accident. The only down side is that the site lacks so much information on what is and isn't covered. I haven't had to file a claim yet, so here's hoping that if/when I do, they'll not claim that this or that is excluded.

You guys are great.
You guys are great. My only issue was getting pressure to file the claims online, which is a real challenge for me. A subsequent call was clarifying and I found out that my clinics actually initiate a claim when they send my paid invoices. Their action automatically files the claim, so the pressure for me to initiate was a moot but frustrating point.

The representatives ALWAYS seem so friendly and caring.
The representatives ALWAYS seem so friendly and caring. They never rush you and take extra time to give you complete information and answer questions. I felt every representative I dealt with was very knowledgeable about Trupanion's services. I felt as though the representatives were experienced pet owners themselves. The smiles in their voices made me think they must really enjoy their jobs.
