I filed several claims at once because I was very busy and a bit of a procrastinator. Over six months, my senior cat has had a kidney condition, a cystic growth on her mouth that was biopsied, and a urinary tract infection. After filing my claims, I received an immediate response, consistent updates, and payment within 3 weeks.
