I have been with Sonnet insurance and the experience is really bad. I had an accident and made a claim. Their adjuster never picks calls nor return emails. They never paid my rentals and I had to pay myself. and as I speak, I keep emailing the new adjuster with no response. I was told my claims had been approved but nothing more apart from that. I had an accident since December 9 2021. Their adjusters have no time to respond to calls or emails. I have had my worst experience ever. I won’t advise anybody to be with sonnet insurance. When you need them the most, that’s when they disappoint you. Guys beware

I have been reviewing pet insurance for the past few days and my head was spinning. I called Prudent last night but I did not leave a message. Stephanie from Prudent called me this morning as she saw she had missed my call. She was very kind and answered all my questions. I feel it is important to be able to speak with a live person. We signed up for Healthy Paws insurance right after we rescued our puppy in October 2020. I did my research before deciding who to pick, and I am confident I made the right choice! Submitting claims is easy and the turnaround is quick. If you sign up for direct deposit, you get your money faster. I haven’t had any issues with claims being processed, and none of them have taken more than a few days. Customer service has been very helpful, and is available to answer questions quickly. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance.
