I've never had an issue when submitting claims. I have always been shocked at just how fast the turn around is too. Customer service is always knowledgeable and helpful. I plan on keeping this insurance.

Stay away, they will find every excuse in the world not to pay a claim, My dog had protein allergy prior to opening the policy with them, and now they tag everything as "allergy" so it's considered pre-existing, las two claims was for yeast infection in his year, first they declined saying they needed the "date of service" which by the way was on the invoice given by the vet, spent a lot of time calling them and they said they were just going to get it from the vet... and then i went online and it was declined again saying it was pre-existing lol.... unreal! they give you the run around so you get tired of calling, i paid them every month on time and they never covered one single claim... not worth the aggravation. I just canceled my policy and will dispute the last charge and will talk to my lawyer about this. Trust me, STAY AWAY from this!!!

2 years ago I took out Pet ins because my pet was getting older. Little did I know I would actually be needing it for my baby. I am so very happy with this company being there every step of the way helping us with the big bills. You never know when u will need it just like us humans.
