I think its great
I think its great. I didn't like the delay between "you are getting an email shortly" to more than 24 hours of confirmation about the policy. Also tech support responded within the 48 hours which was helpful. They noted that. I just wish the email would have specified the time to expect confirmation policy email.

I’ve been with Sin er for several years…
I’ve been with Sonnet for several years now. When I initially switched to them I heard they totally raise the fees 2nd year. They did not! Another great thing is they provided me detailed instructions how to “park” my vehicle Insurance while I’m on vacation and not driving.

Easy to understand
Coverage is clear and doesn't have grey area. It is easy to look up my policy to see what is/isn't covered so there aren't any surprises. I've used the coverage for the first time this year and was pleasantly surprised to find out they even covered the poison control call I had to make. I work with a lot of insurance companies at the vet's office I work at, but even on the vet side, Figo is great. It is the insurance company I recommend to new pet parents.

Trapanion has always been upfront regarding xoveragr and payouts. They have paid in a very timely manner and explain what is covered and what is not. Easy to submit claims and they keep you advised of the progress
