Quick reply was appreciated. The fact that behaviour notations are not covered was disappointing. I know lots of dogs suffer from anxiety and to have a drug that helps them is important. Also getting a notice rates are going up and this is not covered wasn’t good. Overall we have been happy with Trupanion.
