I’m so satisfied with trupanion you…
I’m so satisfied with trupanion you guys are the best, I was out of state my baby got sick I called the office and explained that I had the insurance and I was out of state and I didn’t know what to do and the receptionist was very helpful. Very understanding and caring. She told me what vets in my area that I was at would take Trupanion and lead me in the right direction I went there and they took very good care of my pet and with in minutes after the appointment and everything was done the Vet submitted the bill to Trupanion and literally within five minutes Trupanion had taken care of their part of the bill. I didn’t have to do anything but pay my part and Trupanion took over and I am very very happy with their services. I will definitely be telling my family and friends about them. Trupanion save this old lady from a heart attack because that’s what I would’ve had. If I couldn’t have gotten the medical done for my baby thank you so much.

Company initially approved a claim and then for unknown reasons reviewed it a second time and has now declined to claim. I am having to do a lot more work to get this corrected. Not happy with how MetLife conducts themselves as a company.

A girl that answered the phone said she could not verify me. We went round and round until I finally hung up. I've had Trupanion since 2019. I called back the next day and had no problem finding out the status of my 2 claims. She told me the 2checks were mailed out that day
