Trupanion wouid not pay my claim and it makes absolute no sense. My dog had stomach upset and wouldn’t eat and they wouldn’t pay because a year ago prior to me getting Trupanion my dog (puppy at the time) had some diarrhea - totally different issue. Are you trying to tell me if my dog has any G.I. upset for the rest of his life you won’t cover it? That’s just the most insane thing I’ve ever heard in my life. I have 100% coverage and I’m considering leaving Trupanion because this is ridiculous.

Trupanion is the pet insurance of choice. My Vet sends the bill directly to Trupanion. It only takes a few minutes for Trupanion to process the bill and have me pay my “share.” All was covered without question. Trupanion is truly a great companion for my pet and myself. Way to go.

Trupanion is "true" to their word...they covered 90% of the cost of treatments for my cat's cancer surgery and all the chemo she went through. My deductible was met early on.

They are extremely helpful in the time of need. My oup has had 2 TPLOs, multiple benign lump removals and potentially a large surgery to remove a mass near his heart. Trupanion has helped me give my pup the best life possible so far and hopefully that continues.
