Great customer service.
Great customer service. Instead of going through a formal appeal process, I called in to inquire about a reimbursement because I think I actually caused the confusion when I submitted an invoice but put the total amount I was claiming to only include what I knew was eligible. I was not reimbursed properly. Felicia took my call, reviewed the documentation, agreed with it seemed like an error and said she would send a note but not get back to me until Friday when she was working again. (Two days later). Her note was reviewed and resolved in less than 24 hours. Thank you for solving the issue so promptly.
