The Healthy Paws claims process for our baby's CCL surgery was quick and easy. We chose the vet and the payout amount was as promised in the policy, and the wait time was within two weeks. I definitely recommend this company for veterinary insurance!

Worst product ever. Did everything to weasel out of paying
Offered no help until I told them to keep their $77 out of a $971 vet bill fir extraction of an abscessed molar. A customer service agent got involved and helped but the fighting to get even the tiny coverage offered after 7 years of paying and being overcharged all that time with no rebate for the overcharge has left me feeling scammed and humiliated. My dog was never covered. Waste of 3000 dollars I could have put in an account for her. Never again.

Best choice for the pups
Using Lemonade pet insurance has been the easiest and best decision we could have made for the boys. We shopped around for a bit but ultimately decided on Lemonade because of the ease of their app and claim process.
