I had to use the claim process several times over the past 6 months. I couldn't ask for a more user friendly experience. I completed the claim forms online and within days I was reimbursed. I also received emails/texts along the way letting me know the status.

This is my first time having to use it since I started with Trupanion 4 years ago and Brenda was so nice and helpful while I navigated the claims submission process. She was patient and kind and didnât try to rush me along to get to another call.

Trupanion offers a comprehensive coverage plan(s), flexible deductibles, affordable rates, and the coverage limit(s) arenât matched by most other insurers operating in this arena. The basis of claim payout-90% coinsurance, subject to deductible, if applicable, no limit coverage is one of the reasons, when asked about pet insurance by friends, family, people in general, I recommend Trupanion above other insurers. Over the past years Iâve been able to adequately care for my dogâs health needs/issues because youâve helped make that doable, possible. Thank you.
