My opinion on Figp
When I call everyone is kind and helps answer any questions I have. The reason I didn't give a five is because my puppy may need a surgery in the future so I would feel peace of mind knowing its covered since I pay over 50 a month for unlimited. They said it should be covered but the final decision isn't given until it goes to the review board after the surgery. I got insurance so I wouldn't have to worry. But hope my puppy ends up not needing surgery on his leg 🤞

We found a tumor on our dog
We found a tumor on our dog. We took her to vet.64.00.arranged for surgery to remove the tumor. 800.00+ dollars more. The vet recommended that she also be spayed to prevent any other tumors. After the 500.00 deductible we have not recieved a dime. Even if you won't cover the spay. We are still owed money back WHERE IS IT?? I belong to several dog groups. I will not recommend you to any of them Why am I not receiving and money back???

We have used pets best for a couple years now and it has been a life saver! We never know what our cookie dog will get into. However we never stress about taking her to the vet because the pets best insurance takes excellent care of her!

I’ve had this pet insurance for 15…
I’ve had this pet insurance for 15 years with my Boston terrier. I wish it wasn’t so expensive as my pet ages, $245 a month for an older dog seems extreme. Also, our therapy claims are taking a month or two months for reimbursement now. I know covid set businesses back but if you are that short staffed, hire some people to process claims. It’s been 6-9 months now and my claims are still taking a very long time for reimbursement.

Trupanion was easy to work with
Trupanion was easy to work with, and fast to reimburse us. Whenever I spoke with a representative from the company they were always very personable and cared a lot about the well-being of our dog. This is the second time we’ve had to use our animal insurance, I’m sure glad we invested in it the day we brought our dogs home.
