Website is easy to use. I really appreciated the personal phone call to inquire if I had any questions or if they could help in any way. Haven't had occasion to use the insurance yet - hoping I do not, since I only purchased accident/illness coverage.

Fair so far, easy to contact
I've carried Embrace Pet Insurance for 10 years for one of my dogs. Didn't have a claim for 7 or 8 years. More recently he's been to the vet more often and we've received benefits. Company seems easy to work with, pays claims quickly and has been fair so far. Easy to reach by phone as well. I'm still hoping our rates don't increase a lot, but it's hard to predict the future. Be careful with dental benefits they are limited. Policy is clear but I was a bit confused by it.
