For the most part it was easy to make a claim, the only thing I would have preferred would have been to be able to actually speak to a person on the phone to explain the process. Otherwise once you figure out the process it's pretty easy from there onwards.

11-27-2022 In my experience, Many Pets is the #1 pet insurance provider on the market today. I say this for many reasons. For instance, there are no caps on annual payments. Moreover, coverage is for the lifetime of your cutie, a rare benefit among pet insurance carriers. As you likely know, pre-existing conditions always limit coverage. Still, Many Pets will honor a pre-existing condition if your pet is free of symptoms and treatment for 18 months. From my research, no other pet insurance company offers this benefit. I also value that Many Pets provides blanket coverage. By this, I mean the company reimburses your costs for every type of pet care. This includes accidents, injuries, routine vet visits, and preventive care. Plus, you can bring your pet to any licensed veterinarian. You’ll love the fact that premiums are affordable and worth your money. Filing claims is easy, and reimbursement is quick. Plus, you can have payments deposited directly into your bank account. Above all, Many Pets’ customer service is outstanding! You’ll find the staff friendly, efficient, and sincerely helpful. Each one goes the extra mile to ensure you get the full benefits of your insurance. I want to convey my deepest appreciation to Breanna, our claim manager. She’s remarkably kind, compassionate, flexible, and genuine. Also, my sincere thanks to Laura and Emma, who facilitated the processing of my claims.
