So easy and great people
The whole process was easy and surprisingly quick. I transferred the invoices from my email directly into the claims form and sent. Within 7 days I had my results and within 14 the reimbursement check. The customer service member I talk with during my process was nice and caring. Always referred to my pet by name. To say wow is an understatement. I have told everyone I can about Pumpkin and I highly recommend them. I believe this has been one of best decisions for my pets.

Seemed like a good value compared to other companies I looked at.
What made this experience great was that I was able to review this company against others, and thought it was a good value. I have never shopped for pet insurance before, but had to AFTER I spent over $13,000 on my prior dog who still had to be put down because of doctor's error or misdiagnosis.

Worth Every Penny
Trupanion has been worth every penny spent and allows us to offer the best care when something happens with our dogs. Twice we had to file a claim for one of our dogs. Not once did they try to avoid paying for anything. Their customer service is very knowledgeable and helpful, and they are quick to settle your claims. I can't thank this company enough for making the insurance process stress free so you can focus on what matters most. I highly recommend Trupanion to anyone looking for that added assurance for those unexpected emergencies.

Run Far Away from Metlife Pet Insurance
Over a month and still haven't received the approved claim funds in over a month. They said they would Zelle on November 16 but still haven't. Later they said it would be deposited in to my bank account within 1-3 business days but haven't. I've spoken to Customer Service several times but no resolution yet.

Trupanion is a blessing
We are fortunate to be able to see that Toby continues to receive the best care available for his rare cancer . He has an inoperable tumor behind his ear on the occipital bone. But he's doing great at this time. Our Toby was given 3 months with us but he's in the 11th month & surviving with a wonderful happy attitude. Trupanion has made this horrible diagnosis easier for us with his coverage, ease of filing claims & quick reimbursement as we seek the best treatment options. Pet insurance is a must for our Toby & Trupanion is the only company we trust to stand behind their coverage with no surprises along the way.
