I really am lost for words in a sense
I really am lost for words in a sense. I chose Many Pets for my bloodhound puppy Boudreaux. My experience was great, loved the coverage, great customer service, and very easy to use. Unfortunately, Boudreaux was hit by a car and killed. It was devastating to say the least. I contacted customer service to cancel my policy. The women I spoke with was incredibly kind and comforting. Yesterday I received a hand written condolence card from the Many Pets team and it made me cry. You truly are thoughtful and go the extra mile for your customers. That card was very special to me and I cannot thank you enough for it.

Rude staff with zero Costemer service…
Rude staff with zero Costemer service skills. I started recently with them and get shocked how they communicate and give orders to the customers instead of support. Any question i asked, they answer me with order and i felt i am getting their service for free. Also we get our policy number after calling three times and the funniest thing that the smart staff said that she cant help without the policy number which they didn’t send us yet Note: I insured two pats with them and paying around 135 dollars each month. I am going to cancel them as soon i found another respectful insurance. I am submitting another review after i got a reply from the company Yes. I recieved an email how to submit an claim and also received the policy number after calling 3 times. When i write my review I mentioned how the staff committed rudely and disrespectfully and I didn’t mention that they didn’t send me how to claim.

They’ll find an exclusion
Very disappointing! In the beginning of our insurance (first year with Fetch), I submitted claims for our dogs as we had their full exams done per Fetches request and I assumed they would cover some portion of it. They did not-which is fine and not my issue. Fast-forward to renewal, a year later, and we’ve have ZERO claims processed or paid out (besides the initial one that they said, yeah no, doesn’t qualify that’s a routine service). I want to increase one of our dogs coverage but they’re refusing to let me. I have to stick with what we have—FOREVER because I submitted one claim that went nowhere! They may be rated well, they may cover a lot but they, just like all other pet insurance companies will find some way to screw you. It’s extremely disappointing because I did extensive research before buying coverage and its sad that every single company INCLUDING FETCH BY THE DODO scams customers and is just a funnel for money with extensive exclusions and BS rules.

Simply the Best!!!
Trupanion is the best, they can pay the Vet before you even leave the office. I always have this done, especially if it is a very expensive invoice. You just have to pay the 10% to the Vet. Very handy, especially if you don't have enough funds on hand to pay your portion of the bill.
