Good but could be better
Normally speedy claim processing, but they don’t get 5 stars because their policy renewal is easily 25%, it not 30%, which I deem to be very excessive

Terrible claim submission process and huge price hikes
I will never use Healthy Paws again. The monthly rates increase a ridiculous amount with no correlation to number of claims, etc. Submitting a claim is very difficult, keep needing more information. Overall a terrible company.
