Very disappointed
No matter how many symptom my dog had, trupanion eont pay any bills that might have anything to do with her bowels. Donât know why I keep this insurance. I had hoped when she got older, the ins would help me financially. With all the premiums Iâve paid over the years, I get nothing in return!

Efficient and seamless!
The turnaround time is about excellent and the way to submit a claim online is so quick and efficient. My only suggestion would be the option to have the process completed while at the vet. For example, the claim could be filed at the time of the appointment and the customer pays their portion of the claim and Trupanion pays their portion and there not be a need for reimbursement. Removes a step and an upfront out of pocket cost to the customer.
