The process was easy once the vet service provided to the forms to complete. The communication of the claims being updated following that was VERY good. Then the communication with the team members and their follow-up was also excellent. It really did mean I could focus on the trauma and care of my dog and not the administration of bills.

Our sweet Emmie has had so many health problems, surgeries ,test after test but is getting better because of the care she gets from all the vet specialist. None of this would be possible without trupanion pet insurance. I file a claim and within a few days the money is in my account. They do all this each and every time and wish Emmie to get better.
