Very Happy
We have been with Healthy Paws for around ten years. If you sign up, read your policy and make sure it will fit your needs. It's insurance, there will be rate increases. Remember there is an annual deduction. Having said that, HP has been wonderful for us. They have reimbursed us literally thousands of dollars, exactly as the policy we signed up for is written (TPLO surgery both back legs, mast cell removal, UTIs, and more). Claim submittal could not be easier... go to your online account, upload a pdf of your bill. That's it. We've been paid (per the policy) every time within 10 days. Thanks for being there HP!

What I liked about this company.
Its was very easy to sign up and choose the insurance that best fit my needs. I have received no information since I signed up. I would expect a pocket with an explanation of benefits, forms for filing claims and explanation of when my plan will be in force.

They cover a lot of pet medical conditions for a good price. If you are with USAA you get a discount and priority response when you call. Can't beat it.

The best pet insurance out there
Getting Fetch pet insurance has been the best decision my partner and I have made since adopting our furry friend. We’ve had to take our cat to the vet multiple times in the past 3 months for illnesses she caught while in her foster home. The coverage is exceptional — Without Fetch, we would have had to pay thousands out of pocket. The interface of the app is easy to use and our claims are usually reviewed and approved in about a week (if not sooner) and deposited right into our bank account. I highly recommend Fetch to ALL pet owners.

Excellent Service and Receipt of Benefits
Communication and confirmation throughout the claim process. I felt updated throuhout and all messages were returned promptly. Claim was settled in less than 2 weeks. Peace of Mind!

BEWARE Sketchy Wording and Practice
I started out looking for insurance only but was impressed with the wellness plan. The messaging prior to signing says vaccines and heart worm prevention is covered. What you don’t know until AFTER you sign is that the limit is split between prevention and other categories that I would not have chosen if I knew. It barely covers necessary vaccine and heart worm prevention. Then I found out you can cancel the insurance plan, but not the wellness plan once a payout has been made. So now I’m stuck paying $34 a month for services that I don’t even need. And all their friendly customer service goes out the window once you let them know you want to cancel. This is a bait and switch. Stay away. I regret signing up with this company.

The best care for our baby!
Embrace makes it easier to upload and submit for my babygirl's claims. It's great to know that she is covered when any emergency arise and also with her non-emergent appointments. I'll never regret getting her insurance. I just wished I'd done it sooner.
