So grateful for Healthy Paws
We've been using Healthy Paws since our dog Randle turned 7, he's now 11. We rarely needed to claim with them as he was a healthy dog. In the last year he started to need various treatments for arthritis, then 3 weeks ago he ended up in the local specialist hospital and was diagnosed with cancer. Without the support of Healthy Paws we couldn't have afforded the care he needs and that will hopefully see him on the mend soon. They have covered his medication, his access to more alternative treatments like laser and his hospital stay. Claims are paid quickly and customer service are always swift to respond. Can't recommend them enough

If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s convenient and simple to file claims. Good luck on getting reimbursed. It takes a ridiculous amount of time for claims to be processed. An email telling you that doesn’t excuse it. Almost every time I file a claim it says more info needed. Which I typically had supplied. Their hours to communicate with an actual person are limited. The online “communicating” with virtual assistant is useless. I decided to cancel the useless policy and trying to find the online form to cancel is nearly impossible. I had to send a letter since I was too frustrated to look any further. Save your money. I’ll probably get a “we’re sorry we’re always looking to improve message”. Stop looking and do it. Don’t use Pets Best.
