I only had my Jake sine October 30 I sign up for the pet insurance cause I want him to have the best care possible as he deserved it I got him from the human society he was surrender, I thought who could do this je is beautiful he deserves better then that so I got him and told him that I would give him the best things. So I got him Met Pet Insurance.

GREAT experience overall, due to CS Agent Aleya!
GREAT experience overall (due to the CS Agent Aleya). I submitted numerous invoices at one time under my "Wellness" plan. At first ManyPets denied them all saying it was inside the 15 day waiting period for "Accidents/Illness" because my new 4 month old pup had his first 'new puppy' appointment and had diarrhea while there. The Vet gave him some meds and ManyPets deemed that under my "Accident/Illness" (which I disagree, but not going to fight it). It took CS Agent Aleya to sort through the invoices and allocate the proper "Wellness" charges to the "Wellness" plan. The big issues the Aleya saw was that numerous agents were trying to work on my invoices without having the background and context that Aleya had. After speaking with her, she was able to pull all 4 of my invoices and review them. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient while I explained what happened. She kept in constant contact with me via email and phone and explained all the reimbursements. I would recommend all ManyPets CS Agents be trained or mentored by Aleya.

I applied for Pet Health Insurance via your website. This was user friendly and very helpful during the application process. After that I received an email with directions to register and create a profile. When I did and when I try to Log In I received a notification that my zip code and password are incorrect. The only solution to resolve this issue is to call your office. Which I will asap.

Healthy Paws insurance was the best…
Healthy Paws insurance was the best decision I have made. My fur baby was diagnosed with cancer this past summer. I would not have been able to afford the very expensive treatments had it not been for Healthy Paws. They reimburse almost immediately. Thanks to them Tucker is doing well.

Great service!
I just want to thank and applaud ASPCA insurance for their consistent support and ease of completing claims. My family is so appreciative and grateful that our fur baby is taken care of through his never ending health scares. Our vet tells us he is a unicorn! We have recommended ASPCA to all of our friends and hope to use them in the future whenever we expand our fur baby family!
