Very unhappy customer
Since November, Embrace keeps asking for information from the Shelter that I adopted my dog from, that simply does not exist! They want info from 10/21/2020-12/06/2022. I adopted Obe on 6/2020. They are NOT a veterinary clinic, just an Animal shelter. I told them twice. I guess it's their way of trying to get out of paying my claim. They also deem her allergy a CHRONIC condition, uninsurable by EMBRACE. That can be a temporary condition.

This insurance is a scam
My claim was denied because they said my dog had a “preexisting condition” so that tells me they were reading back farther in his medical charts than what was actually done on the day of his visit that I was submitting for. He is a bully breed with skin issues and allergies so you would think that this would be great because it can get so expensive but no. They do not care about your pets truly and if they did they would not deny claims like that when they know those breeds have those issues. Literally the only reason I got the insurance. So this has been a waste of my money paying in and and a waste of time. This insurance is even worse than insurance for humans and you can’t even count on them. They also try to convince you to not cancel when they clearly know the insurance is scamming people.

It is very easy to send in your claim.Just take a picture of your receipt and within hours they send you an email that the are working on it already. Normally within 2-3 days the $ is in your bank.

Fetch Insurance helps me keep my promise to my rescue doggie!
Fetch insurance does exactly what the policy documents say it will do. Some people give low ratings because they do not understand how the deductible works or haven't read the policy documents. It's a bit different than human medical insurance so it's definitely important to read and understand what you are signing up for. That said, it is peace of mind for me. Since I adopted my girl as a rescue, I promised her that I would take care of her for the rest of her life. She is family and she is such a blessing. Fetch Insurance helps me keep my promise!
