Good Insurance.
I had Met Life Pet through my employer. It came in VERY handy with an illness we did not expect. EVER. So now that I retired I picked it up through my college alumni association. I'm getting a better monthly rate with slightly less coverage. But it's better than NO coverage. Easy to submit claims too.

The website never works anymore
The website never works anymore. Anytime I try to submit a claim it either kicks me out, doesn’t submit, or I’m not able to get into my account because it always says my password isn’t right (I’ve changed it 4 times) I understand wanting to update everything in your system but it’s causing even more issues than before

I am so grateful for Trupanion
I am so grateful for Trupanion! Salty was diagnosed at 18 months old with a fatal fungal infection, and thanks to Trupanion she was able to receive extensive long-term treatment to treat and clear the infection. Salty is now 5 years old living her best life.
