Our rescue will get all the best love and care
My heart breaks for the sick pet. They have no words, but love is in their eyes. Those eyes are looking for help. Vet bills for an emergency are usually high. There could be IV's, ex rays, surgery, over night stays. Thank heaven we chose to go with Trupanion, recommended by our vet. Two days of treatment, two rather large bills and with Trupanion's coverage, the remaining amount owed by use can be met.

Healthy Paws, truly a lifesaver!
When you pet has a sudden emergency having good insurance helps ease the anxiety of the situation. My 4 yo Irish setter’s R lung collapsed suddenly. He was in critical care and had to have surgery. It was a very stressful time but knowing we had Healthy Paws helped a lot! They let you know what you need to send, filing was easy and they let you know how the claim is progressing. We got our check in a reasonable time frame. Would definitely recommend Healthy Paws, it’s so worth it!

I have had Healthy Paws for four plus…
I have had Healthy Paws for four plus years and they have never disappointed me! My 4 year old dog recently required TPLO surgery and they provided direct pay to the surgeon, without this financial support and option, this surgery would not have been possible! They changed my dogs quality of life.

Not super happy
Our insurance recently renewed and increased $300 without any reasoning given or phone call from Figo. In the years that we have had the insurance, they haven't covered much and decline most of our claims. I get the insurance going up YOY due to the dogs age but $300 seems ridiculous especially given they don't really cover anything and deny our claims. They tried to do the same thing last year and I called and sat on the phone with them for two hours to finally get it down to $20 more vs. $300. So, looks like I have another long phone call in my future. Will be investigating other plans as well.
