Horrible service, avoid at all costs
They raise their rates randomly by A LOT and act like it’s normal. They are also REALLY bad at their job. They have denied claims of mine for things they cover multiple times now leading me to have to appeal. My dog is young enough with no conditions so I’ve removed her and my other 2 cats from their plan. If I could take my older car off I would. I do not recommend them ever. They have an easy website and they seem good on paper. But they’re capitalist scum bags. They raise rates and have offered nothing better and actually they’ve gotten worse. Use literally any other pet insurance company. They will be worth it.

I was having a decent experience until last week when these scumbags jacked my premium by $40/month for zero reason! I have one claim for an ear infection that I paid 100% for and did not meet my annual deductible. I called them to try to convince them that this uncalled for increase in premium will result in the termination of their services and they did not care. These people are out of their god damn minds if they think I'm going to pay an extra $40/month, I already have maximum coverage with lowest deductible so I'm paying top premium to begin with. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU EITHER SAVE YOUR MONEY IN A HIGH YIELD SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND FORCE THESE A-HOLES OUT OF BUSINESS! Trupanion: I know you're reading this! Don't you dare reply with one of your condescending canned responses about how much you care, etc... You guys are a bunch of low life thieves just like Embrace and every other insurance company out there. You should personally consider your life choices concerning your line of work. You are a worthless POS! Go F yourselves!
