Best pet insurance ever
When I called to get, I don’t know if it’s called preapproval but the equivalent of preapproval for my dog surgery I was told yes absolutely it would be covered submitting the claim was so easy and I received reimbursement of 90% within 3 to 7 business days no questions asked no delays.

Healthy Pet Insurance never paid one…
Healthy Pet Insurance never paid one claim that I submitted, and then they more than doubled my rates. You are far better off self-funding your own insurance. Beware.

I received an immediate acknowledgment that Trupanion received my claim. I then received a quick response that my claim was covered and I would be receiving a check soon. The entire process was smooth and easy; the vet’s office submitted the claim. This was very comforting since my dog was very sick and it was a stressful situation already. Thank you Trupanion!

Human quick and responsible
Every time I called for information a human answered the phone woohoo and was able to give the necessary help and info I needed , their response time is quick and reliable usually with in a day !!!! When Embrace says submitting claims is easy, they aren't kidding. When I chose my dogs insurance, I was up in the air as to which one would be best. I've always had pets, but never had pet insurance. I'm very happy with my choice. My claim went through and was paid extremely quick.
