My pet is being treated for a limp that in a chat I was told would not be covered. Also, my 2 claims say they are awaiting Vet information. I was a the vet and asked them about this. They said they didn't receive any request for Mia"s chart. What is going on with my claims?

Best thing to ever happen to my pet, he was diagnosed with ms at 6years old and i cant even put into words how much trupanion has helped us take care of his needs.
